Andrew Tate’s earlier career

First off, Andrew Tate is an American-British professional kickboxer now turned into an Internet personality. The 35-year-old self-proclaimed trillionaire starts his sporting career in 2009, and now continues his webcam business and is an online star.

  • Back in his kickboxing career, he had a successful run of winning two world championship titles in different divisions: International Sport Karate Association (ISKA) World Full-Contact Light Cruiserweight Championship and redeemed the ISKA World Full-Contact Light Heavyweight in a rematch against Jean-Luc Benoit.
  • Also, Tate, dubbed King of Toxic Masculinity, lives a luxurious lifestyle and continues speaking on sensitive matters. After his kickboxing career, he joins Big Brother in the UK in 2016 which revealed more controversies about him. He faces eviction after a video of him hitting a woman with a belt appears online. At that time, he says that it was a role-play and a consented act.
  • Following the statement, he posts another on his Facebook saying, “They cut out all the sound cause she’s LAUGHING in the video. And they cut off the end of the video where she gets the belt and hits me back while we’re both laughing. What bullsh**t. It was 2012 and we were having a laugh.”

Moreover, he speaks about his personal wealth in an interview saying, “I was broke for a long time. I made my first million when I was say 27 and then I had a 100 million by the time I was 31,32 and then I became a trillionaire quite recently.” Though, as to Forbes, Elon Musk has the highest worth of $250 billion.

Was Andrew Tate famous before?

Trigger Warning: There are topics such as sexual harassment and mental health issues in this part that you may find uncomfortable reading, you can just proceed to the next part of the post.

Aside from his Kickboxing career and Big Brother stint, he had other issues and controversies that bring up his name. Tate made his name as someone who speaks his thoughts and doesn’t care about others’ ideas.

  • The notorious 35-year-old stirred controversy in 2017 by stating that ‘depression isn’t real’ in numerous Tweets. According to Metro UK, Tate tweeted, “It is a circumstance which they must change. Most “depressed” people are unhappy with their lives, too lazy to change it. That simple.”https://www.instagram.com/p/CePGSpfISl7/?hl=en
  • Well, it doesn’t end there, readers. In the same year, just a month after tweeting about depression, he enraged Twitter people as he points to women to ‘bear some responsibility’ when harassed or raped.
  • He states in a Tweet, “Sexual harassment is disgusting and inexcusable. However. A man looking at you or whistling at you or asking your name isn’t harassment”. These Tweets are nowhere to be found as Twitter suspends his account way back.

Who is Tate and why is he viral?

There have been a couple of podcasts and videos with Andrew Tate as an invited guest. There is no content to pinpoint in connection with his rise to fame, as there are many problematic statements coming from him. Well, his opinions are quite hard to find sense, also just so you know, Tate sounds misogynistic.

  • In this podcast guesting in The Pomp Podcast, Andrew Tate there’s a part where he mentions being an idiot and a coward when you comply with the health protocol of putting on a mask. He sounds like does not believe that the COVID-19 virus is real, check out the full podcast video below.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uq4cDv2cUoE

Tate’s Hustler’s University

  • In the online world, Tate continues to share his luxurious life, all thanks to his adult entertainment business model. His webcam business brought him millions of money he has right now. Additionally, his program “Hustler’s University” opens for men to learn how to make money, and sometimes about other life circumstances.

xQc and Tate’s debate on Ross’ stream

  • We aren’t just done yet as we bring up Tate’s sexist statements that lead to debate against xQc and other streamers. Tate brought this up in Adin Ross’ Twitch stream last July 14. He mentions that women are worse drivers than men, and dehumanizes women as he calls his partners his property. An individual expresses their sentiments about this popularity as scary, read their Tweet below.

Tate and Jake Paul

  • One statement that caught the attention of many is when he calls out Jake Paul, a professional boxer, for a fight in The Fellas podcast. He has a lengthy answer, but he mentions, “I offered him $3 million at the time, I don’t think it’s about money for him I think it’s about credibility and fame. Him fighting me is a massive risk for him, he knows that. I’d love to kick the f*** out of the guy because I love to fight, that’s the difference between me and everyone else he’s fought.”
  • Unfortunately, when Jake Paul was asked about this possible ring fight in a recent press conference he answers, “I don’t know who that is.”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gH9PSv-9Fag

TikTok viral videos

  • He’s been trending on TikTok for one-minute videos of him speaking in the different podcasts and guesting. His opinions spark conversation and debates against him in the comment sections of the short videos.
