  • In the first episode, we get a deep dive into the mind of Geto, a Jujutsu Sorcerer who really doesn’t like his job.
  • He finds it disgusting to absorb curses by eating them, comparing it to the taste of a cloth soaked in vomit. But even though it’s gross, he recognizes that this ritual is what makes him stronger.

We go back straight to the past in this episode. A younger version of Geto working together with a young Gojo. We also catch glimpses of other familiar characters like Mei and Utahime. It’s a delightful reunion to see them once more.

Where are Megumi and Itadori in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2?

For the time being, both Megumi and Itadori are likely just ordinary middle school students, who are completely unaware of the existence of Jujutsu sorcerers. The story arc titled “Gojo’s Past” centers around a crucial mission that Gojo Satoru was assigned in the past, as the name suggests.

When will they appear again in the Jujutsu Kaisen S2?

  • This mission was given to Gojo and Geto Suguru when they were students at Jujutsu High. As a result, Itadori, Megumi, and other previous characters will not be seen in this story arc.
  • However, the main character of the series will make a comeback in the highly anticipated Shibuya Incident arc, which is regarded as one of the best arcs in the manga.

When will the Shibuya Incident Arc start?

According to the official site, Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 episodes airing from July 6 to August 3 will feature Gojo’s Past Arc. After that, on August 10th, a recap episode for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 and the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie will air.

This will be followed by another recap episode on August 17th, summarizing the events of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1. Following a break during the week of August 24, Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 will resume with the first episode of the Shibuya Incident Arc on August 31st.

What will happen in the upcoming episodes of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2?
