When is Demon Slayer Season 3 Releasing?
The global release of ” Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc “, which is set to be the third season of the anime, was already announced for this April. Following a new update, the release date for the arc is now officially set for April 9th , 2023 .

- The first episode of the new season will feature a one-hour special .
- The anime will continue right where Season 2’s Entertainment Arc District left off, with Tanjiro Kamado and his friends continuing their fight against Muzan Kibutsuji and his Upper Demon Moons.

Demon Slayer Season 3 Theatrical Release
The Demon Slayer Season 3 Swordsmith Village arc is set to begin with a one-hour special episode instead of the usual 22 minutes. To celebrate the release, there will be a global theatrical screening event similar to the previous Mugen Train, including in over 1700 theaters in the United States and Canada.

Where to watch Demon Slayer Season 3?
Back in early 2022, Ufotable and streaming platform Crunchyroll announced that the 3rd season of “Demon Slayer” would be available on the platform following its release. While there is no official word about simulcast yet, the episodes are expected to debut following the Japanese broadcast .
- In Japan, the first episode will be broadcasted on TOKYO MX, BS11, Gunma TV, and Tochigi TV every Saturday at 11:30 pm (local time) from April 15th.
- Crunchyroll’s base-tier ‘fan’ membership costs £6.50 per month or $7.99 and the premium ‘Mega fan’ tier costs £8.99 and $9.99 in the UK and US respectively.
- The first two seasons of Demon Slayer are currently available on Crunchyroll and Netflix .
