According to information mined from the data of Sony’s PlayStation Stars, there is a whole other tier hidden from the public. When this information was revealed, players are now curious about how to get the hidden 5th tier in the PlayStation Stars program.

Data miners successfully discovered data about a hidden tier in the PlayStation Stars program
Sony first announced this rewards program at their latest State of Play showcase. This program is modeled similarly to Xbox’s Microsoft Points and Nintendo’s Gold Points.
- In PlayStation Stars, you have to complete campaigns to obtain points. The points you have so far determine which tier you’re in. The higher your tier is, the more benefits you’ll have
- You can also use these points to add funds to your PSN wallet. The PlayStation Stars program also introduces digital collectibles which you can collect and display on your PS profile
Since its release, data miners have been hard at work in uncovering more about this rewards-slash-loyalty program from Sony. Through the official website for PlayStation and the PS App, they were able to find a new tier. This is actually pretty significant considering that Sony announced that there would only be four tiers available right now.
In the information found by data miners, the fifth tier is speculated to be the Diamond tier for PlayStation Stars members. Here’s the official description of the tier according to the leak:
“In an endless sea of stars, it seems like there’s nowhere to hide. But you wouldn’t be here if you let challenges like that stop you. Welcome to Level 5.”
How can I get into the hidden tier of PlayStation Stars?
At the moment, Sony hasn’t released information about this supposed Diamond tier for their PlayStation Stars program. All players who register to be part of the loyalty program start at Level 1 and from there, they can earn points to climb up the tiers.
By making digital purchases for your PlayStation console and earning in-game trophies, you are able to earn points. The data miners speculate that the only way you can get into the fifth tier is by getting invited.
- Data miners say that this tier is “Invite Only” from the data they were able to gather from the PS App and website
- Once you reach this tier, PlayStation rewards you with a legendary digital collectible called “Level 5 Diorama – Bots Don’t Breathe”
We’ll just have to wait for Sony to reveal more information about its rewards program and its tiers. At the moment, players in Asia and Japan can already enjoy and explore the PlayStation Stars program.
It’s set to arrive in the Americas starting October 5. Players in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand can take part in the loyalty program beginning October 13. Maybe once the program meets a global rollout, Sony will unveil more details — including this supposedly hidden and invite-only tier.
