James “Hazed” Cobb, the Valorant pro player, had been dropped by eSports organization TSM FTX after a period of 18 months. This comes just ahead of the 2022 Valorant Season. However, Hazed has found a new home for his skills, and it is NRG Esports.

On the 10th of November, TSM FTX announced that Hazed will be departing from the organization, wishing him the best in the future and stating that he was “steadfast, an excellent teammate, and a pleasure to be around. You’ll forever be part of the TSM family, and we wish you nothing but the best in your new path.”
Today we part ways with @hazedCS
You were with us from the start, through all our ups and downs. You were steadfast, an excellent teammate, and a pleasure to be around. You'll forever be part of the TSM family, and we wish you nothing but the best in your new path 🤍 pic.twitter.com/eVLDqABD1V

Hazed also made it clear that he did not leave TSM, but that he was removed. He went on to say that maybe TSM did not believe in him anymore, and that might have been what led to him being dropped. He also states that NRG had shown interest in him in the past and that the move was finally made.
One implies i didnt believe in the team anymore, the other implies they didnt believe in me anymore.

NRG is ranked 12th in North America and is going to be competing with its present roster that includes:
- Bradley “ANDROID” Fodor
- Daniel “eeiu” Vucenovic
- Ian “tex” Botsch
- James “hazed” Cobb
- Sam “s0m” Oh
NRG’s debut year in Valorant has not been as successful, but it seems that this scenario might be changing with the addition of TSM’s former In-Game Leader. Hazed will be playing his first match for NRG against Orion Sectors in the Valorant Elite Showdown, which begins today and will last till the 14th of November.
