Released by CD Projekt Red, The Witcher 3 is arguably one of the best games of this decade. Amongst many people, the game is valued, loved, and is set as an example of what a game should be. However, this success did not nullify after many years of this The Witcher 3’s release.
Recently, it came to people’s attention that The Witcher 3 has more active players since the time it was first released in 2015. This might be partially the reason because of Steam’s heavy discount on the game.
Another reason might be because of how much talk this game has been getting. As it might have come to your attention the decade came to an end, with that came people’s discussion on whether this game was the best game of this decade or not. This might have generated a lot of fuss which could have also boosted this game’s legacy even further.
However, an even stronger reason might be The Witcher’s new TV show airing on Netflix. Of course, this is an adaptation of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The TV show is currently regarded as a very good show by both critics and consumers. The show is also said to have a second upcoming season sequel-ing the current one.
CD Projekt has a bright future going onwards since they have garnered so much hype regarding another one of their games, Cyberpunk 2077. Cyberpunk 2077 is releasing on April the 16th 2020 and has set people’s expectations very high. We are eager to see what the future holds for CD Projekt Red and for their future plans going onwards.
