It is always a lot of fun to see different universes or actors/characters from different universes collide. The fun is doubled when the universes we’re talking about, are the best in the business. Actors from two of the best games of the decade seem to be working on an unannounced project and it’s driving fans crazy. Here is what we know about it.
The Collaboration
Now before your mind starts running amok, this article doesn’t hint at any crossover between these two franchises. That is not only highly improbable but quite impossible, as both of them are owned by competing studios. This is about how your favorite voice actors are coming together for a certain unannounced project.
According to sources, Roger Clark and Troy Baker have collaborated on an unnamed game. Roger Clark played the voice of Arthur Morgan in Red Dead Redemption 2, whereas Troy Baker played the voice of Joel in The Last of Us. The information comes from the Instagram account of Roger Clark, where he posted an on-set photograph.
In the photograph he posted on his handle, Clark is seen along with Baker in a motion-capture suit. We can see them in front of mics used for voice recording while wearing a full motion capture gear. This suggests that they won’t just be voice acting but in fact, play a major role in the character development as well.
What Does It Mean?
Nothing much can be derived from the photograph apart from the fact that both of them are working together. In the caption, Clark mentioned how he enjoyed working with Baker and how excited he is to share the development with fans. What’s more important is that he mentioned #videogames in the caption. This confirms that it is indeed a video game on which they both have collaborated.

Troy Baker is indeed one of the best and most renowned names in the voice acting industry, be it animation or video games. Roger Baker o the other hand is mostly known for his incredible acting for Morgan in the Red Dead Redemption franchise. With both of these talented actors together, fans are surely in for a treat. What that treat exactly is, remains to be seen.
