“We Want to Play Again!”
The dedicated TF2 community deeply cares about the game and doesn’t want to see it crumble under the weight of these issues. What’s Next?
These are some of the possible updates players think should be addressed by Valve:
- Implement stronger anti-cheat system to identify/remove/ban bot users.
- Create a server for bot users who are receiving multiple reports of cheating (challenging task, in my opinion).
- Address matchmaking and server stability issues.
Can TF2 Be Saved?
Team Fortress 2 remains a beloved game. However, its future will depend on Valve’s ability to acknowledge the community’s concerns and take concrete steps to restore the game to its former glory.
In the worst-case scenario, players may quit TF2 altogether if the situation doesn’t improve. Players desire to return to the fun and competition that made TF2 a timeless masterpiece. Will Valve listen and #SaveTF2? Only time will tell.
