Stella Jang who found fame through her digital single Colours has released a new album for Christmas. The mini album is titled WinterStella consists of 5 tracks and is available to stream online. Let’s find out more about Stella and her upcoming activities ahead.

Stella Jang produced this mini album Winterstella with Producer-Musician Sojin Hong. It contains 5 tracks:
- ‘Let it snow! Let it snow! let it snow!’ song which is originally written by Jule Styne and Sammy Cahn and is arranged with acoustic guitar and piano for the Intro of the album.
- Next is the title track Winter Dream which was self-produced and arranged with the flute by Stella Jang.
- Winter Wonderland which is originally by Felix Bernard and Richard Smith.
- The Christmas song which is originally written by Melvin Torme – Robert Wells.
- Lastly, Silver bells written by Ray Evans and Jay Livingston.

The vinyl of the album will be available for purchase from 9th December 2022 in online and offline stores. While the album is available to stream on Spotify. This year’s Spotify wrap revealed that Stella Jang with 178.1k followers has 629,413 daily listeners. TikTok’s favorite single Colours and Villian famous for the lyrics are the top two tracks.
More about Stella Jang:
Stella moved to Paris at the age of 12. She completed her schooling and graduated from Grande école. She started her career as a singer through Jungle Broadcast. Until she came to South Korea and debuted as a musician in 2014 with her single ‘Dumped Yesterday’. She did not go through any Idol training as is the case with many K-pop celebrities.
It was in 2016 that Stella saw her first signs of success through her EP colors. The lyrics, “I could be red, or I could be yellow; I could be blue, or I could be purple,” become a major trend from TikTok to Instagram. After which Stella has done many noteworthy works.
Stella’s music usually has witty or emotion base lyrics with rhythmic tunes and Rap. Such as in her song Villian the lyrics goes, “We all pretend to be the heroes on the good side but what if we’re the villains on the other?”. And her song Vanishing Paycheck had lyrics about the woes of office workers.
As of now, Stella has established her career in the Indie and Hip-Hop section of the music industry. People often call her the hipster’s favorite singer. You might know her as the Co-writer of the song ‘Friends’ by BTS in the album Map of the soul: 7.
