Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is an RPG video game series based on the fictional universe of Star Wars by George Lucas. A new Knights of the Old Republic Remake for PS5 has been announced at Sony Playstation Showcase. Not much was revealed about the game at the event. But we saw an incredibly short teaser talking about the Sith and the Jedis.
“Peace is a lie. That is what the Sith believe. They promise power, now they wield it. We face the greatest Sith in generations, they must be stopped”, says the voice over in the short teaser.

It reveals a new look for Darth Revan, one of the major characters from the game. The teaser featured the OG Star Wars background music we have all grown up with. The game is essentially a remake of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic which was released in 2003.
Knights of the Old Republic was developed by BioWare and published by LucasArts. Up until now it was available to play on Xbox, PC, Android, and iOS. But the good news is that is is now being remade for a PS5 release.
Since all we got to see was the first look for Darth Raven, we do not know about the gameplay enhancements. It also remains to be seen if there will be some storyline or character changes from the original game. All we know as of now is that the remake is confirmed to be in production and will release soon on PS5.
