New rumours are hinting at yet another character entry into the Fortnite scene. Bloodsport, played by Idris Elba in The Suicide Squad just recently made an appearance in Fortnite, and another character from DC might just be making it. Peacemaker from The Suicide Squad, who was played by John Cena, is expected to arrive in Fortnite. But the character’s appearance is not coming soon.
Fortnite and DC have become close collaborators in recent times, with many crossover events on both sides. New comics have been inspired by events in Fortnite, and some Fortnite characters have even crossed over into the DC comic universe. With The Suicide Squad having released recently, it was only inevitable that characters from the movie will make an appearance in the game.

The Reddit insider who privately leaked the Bloodsport collab before its announcement also mentioned Peacemaker as a collab alongside Bloodsport.

Shiina, Fortnite rumor source, revealed that an upcoming skin will be based on Peacemaker. The information has originated from a Redditor, who also leaked details regarding the Bloodsport skin, which did make an appearance in the game. However, fans might have to wait for some time before they can get their hands on the playable skin.
Fortnite x Peacemaker
The Peacemaker is getting his own show, which will be premiering on HBO Max in January 2022. Instead of releasing Peacemaker soon, it seems like Warner Bros. and DC will be delaying his addition to Fortnite to make it coincide with the TV show’s debut. This sounds similar to Bloodpsort’s release; he was added to Fortnite just days before The Suicide Squad released in the US. Though there is no particular date for Peacemaker’s TV debut, it might be in January.
John Cena’s character in The Suicide Squad wants to maintain the peace at all times, no matter the cost. His costume is also one that will catch your eye. This might make him a worthy opponent in Fortnite when he makes his entry in just a short while!
