You ain’t seen nothing yet! Word has been spreading around that the YouTube star and celebrity turned pro boxer will be facing one of the greatest UFC fighters of all time, Anderson Silva.
According to a report by NoSmokeBoxing and TMZ, the current boxing sensation, Jake Paul, will go up the ring against the MMA legend Anderson Silva on October 29, 2022. Again, these are just rumors, but this bout could also be well underway. To add more fuel to the fire, Jake Paul’s promotions (Most Valuable Promotions) teased on Twitter that they will finally be announcing Paul’s upcoming opponent next week.
Next week we will announce JAKE PAUL’s next opponent. @jakepaul will almost certainly be the underdog. He knows that and he wants that.

No names were mentioned but the term “underdog” means Paul’s matchup will be a fighter relatively better than him, someone, like Anderson Silva.
In a professional boxing match, who would win? Jake Paul or Anderson Silva?
Jake Paul has been outstanding in his boxing career. Since he jumped into the sport, he hasn’t lost yet. He started with an amateur and a former NBA player, Nate Robinson, whom he knocked out easily. Slowly climbing the ladders, he challenged former fighters like Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley, who he also beat. Now, you might say Jake Paul hasn’t gotten close to even fighting a real contender. But, Dana White, UFC’s President, thinks that a boxing match against a legendary MMA and former UFC champion (Silva) would be a “legit test” for Paul.
Looking at his opponent, The Spider is not one to mess with.
Everybody knows how great of a fighter Silva was, and until now, he still has some gas left in him even at 47 years old. Just one of his greatest feats is that Silva holds the record for the longest title reign in UFC at 2,457 days. In perspective, Silva dominated the UFC for almost 7 years (2006-2013) and held on to 16 consecutive victories. Though he may have retired from UFC a long time ago and has just joined boxing recently, Silva is still the fighter he once was. He may be old but he is not washed.
If this match ever pushes through, this would be an upgrade for Jake Paul. After a canceled fight against Tommy Fury and Hasim Rahman Jr., who would have thought Paul will share the ring with one of the most accomplished UFC fighters of our generation? But, not to take anything from Paul, he may be younger, but he is nowhere near the skills and experience of Silva. Odds are he is going to take his first “L” and this could be his most devastating fight yet. Although, he has also shown he’s got the guts so this should be an interesting fight.

On the other hand, there is also another internet sensation who is also making waves in the sport of boxing, and his name is KSI.

But, his fans are left wondering who this up-and-coming boxer is going to take on next. Will it be Tommy Fury, Jake Paul, or a rematch with Logan Paul? Or will it be against the controversial millionaire, Andrew Tate?
