Rockstar has been dead silent about Red Dead Redemption 2’s PC version. However, the internet hasn’t stopped exploring rumours and leaks for their multiple-GOTY-winning title Rootin’ Tootin’ Cowboy Shootin’ 2.
Twitter user JakoMako51 has allegedly dug out a new reference to the game’s PC version. They’ve found the detail in Rockstar’s own Social Club’s source code. This is after many mentions on developers’ resumes and findings in the RDR2 companion app.
The fact that Red Dead Redemption 2 is coming to PC is now quite evident. #RDR2 #reddeadredemption2pc #RedDeadRedemption2 #rdr2pc #reddeadredemption

Along with Xbox’s Achievements and PlayStation’s Trophies, JakoMako51 mentions a reference to Accomplishments for the PC version. I think we can now confidently say that the game will, after all, hit the PC shelves sooner than we were expecting.
Considering how GTA V on PC was such a hit, I think it’s not a question of if anymore, but rather when.
