After days of speculation and rumors, it’s almost certain that Rain is coming to Mortal Kombat 11. A new datamine reveals the information.
Ed Boon recently posted 4 separate clues hinting the upcoming characters. While many already guessed one of them was Rain, a new datamine confirms it.

This clearly indicates Rain is coming to Mortal Kombat 11 through a possible DLC. Another datamine reveals a new Kombat Pack called “GOTY2”. For those unaware, the story-expansion Aftermath was codenamed GOTY. So, this could mean a new Story DLC is coming to Mortal Kombat 11.
