Poppy Playtime, one of the most sought-after survival horror games is now available on mobile. Indie developer MOB games first released chapter 1 on PC last year of October. Now, the second chapter will soon be released in early 2022. With the addition of this release last March 11th, 2022, the developers are obviously planning on expanding their market to the mobile gaming community.

The player assumes the character of a former employee returning to an abandoned toy factory originally owned by Playtime Co., the game’s in-universe corporation, 10 years after the staff inexplicably left. Players must solve puzzles, some of which need the use of a device called the GrabPack while avoiding countless enemies.

Many fans have entered the frightening abandoned toy factory that serves as the setting of Poppy Playtime since its premiere in October 2021. Some if not, all come away scared and intrigued by the surprises that await them. The game’s well-received horror features and gloomy worldbuilding have sparked a lot of debate and conjecture among fans. Some with various hypotheses circulating about the nature of the factory, the origins of the game’s killer toys, and what happened to Poppy Playtime’s factory staff.
Available on iOS and Android for $2.99
A new group of players will be able to put themselves in the shoes of the lone ex-employee attempting to escape the facility’s horrors. Poppy Playtime Chapter 1 will be available for $2.99 for iOS and Android (depending on your region/country).
Other games like Five Nights at Freddy’s and Bendy and the Ink Machine have made their horrors more accessible to gamers, and this mobile adaptation is following in their footsteps. With these previous achievements in mind, the mobile edition is expected to attract new gamers to the franchise.

Poppy Playtime is a game that leaves a lot of questions unanswered. This is forcing players to fill in the blanks on their own. For some, this entails digging through the game’s many trailers in search of hints about what to expect in future editions. Nonetheless, many mysteries remain unsolved, leaving fans looking forward to playing future chapters.
With no word on when the second chapter will be available, this mobile version may provide a means for longtime fans to kill time while waiting. This is somehow a new way to enjoy Playtime Co.’s eerie atmosphere and terrible jump scares.
