On the official Mob Entertainment Twitter account, the developers shared a photo of lifesize cutouts of Poppy Playtime toys like Huggy Wuggy, Bunzo Bunny, Kissy Missy, and Boxy Boo. The tweet looks pretty normal until people started noticing something in one of the photos.

Poppy Playtime fans were quick to point out an unknown toy in the background of the Kissy Missy cutout. It is long and green, and netizens are speculating that it might be a “green monkey”. Although Mob Entertainment has not commented about this, it seems like a subtle tease or hint of a possible new character for Poppy Playtime Chapter 3. Could a green monkey grace us in the third chapter?
On the other hand, some fans are thinking that the unknown toy in the background is just a Candy Cat plush. Candy Cat made its debut in Chapter 1 and was also in Chapter 2. The third installment in this beloved game franchise, Poppy Playtime Chapter 3 has been long awaited by its players and everyone can’t wait any longer.
