The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady is set to air live on Netflix starting on May 5 at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT.

Dana White Joke
During the roast, Dana White, the UFC President known for his straightforward style, got on stage to roast Tom Brady. But he was only given a short time so he joked that maybe his name “Dana” wasn’t “trans” enough for the liberal crowd. Then he teased Brady about his running, saying he looked more like he was from San Francisco than Boston. White then acknowledged Brady’s impressive career statistics, jokingly emphasizing that he achieved these accomplishments as a “straight guy.”
“It pisses me off, I flew all the way out here and you guys give me 60 seconds? My name is Dana, is that not trans enough for you liberal f*cks?! No? Tom, you play for the Patriots for so long that I was actually starting to feel like you are from Boston, then I saw you running I was like, no he was definitely from San Francisco.[laughs] You lead the league for 20 years in passing as a straight guy.”
There were mixed reactions on Twitter; some thought the roast was funny, and some didn’t. Here’s one tweet about his roast:
“Dana White, the man who could probably sell ice to an Eskimo with his persuasive skills, was clearly not amused by the time limit imposed on his roast of Tom Brady by Netflix. His response, laced with a humorous jab at the perceived ‘liberal’ bias of the streaming giant, is classic Dana White. It’s like he was saying, ‘Hey, Netflix, you want to be inclusive, but you only give me a minute to roast Tom Brady? What gives?'”
“But let’s not forget, Dana White is to the UFC what a drill sergeant is to a boot camp. He’s not one to mince words, and he’s certainly not one to shy away from a good old-fashioned roast. So, when he says, “Is that not trans enough for you liberal f*cks?” he’s not really questioning his own gender identity. He’s just using a bit of hyperbole to make a point: that the time limit was too short for his liking. And in the process, he gets to poke fun at the perceived political correctness of the platform. In the end, it’s all in good fun. Dana White, Tom Brady, and Netflix are all big players in their respective fields, and a little roasting never hurt anyone. Unless, of course, you’re a turkey on Thanksgiving. But that’s a different story altogether.”
Kim Kardashian Getting Booed by the Crowd
During the event, an unexpected moment occurred when Kim Kardashian was met with boos from the crowd. As Kim was starting to speak on the mic while holding a glass of champagne, she made a joke about Kevin Hart’s height. However, just before she finished her joke, the crowd booed, and Kevin stepped in to ease the tension.
