After 7 All-Star appearances, the Greatest Shooter of All-Time finally wins his first All-Star Game Kobe Bryant MVP award. Steph Curry once again adds another accolade to his hall-of-fame career. His resume is already very impressive and is already an NBA-legend worthy.
Curry played under LeBron against Team Durant. The match was close, but LBJ made a clutch fadeaway jumper and sealed the win against their opponents, winning 163-160.

- The Warriors superstar point guard was phenomenal in this game, tallying 50 points, the second-most in All-Star game history. That’s not even all!
- Steph also put up a jaw-dropping 16 threes in 27 attempts, which is a new All-Star game record! The previous record was held by Paul George back in 2016, with 13 threes.
We all know Steph is the greatest shooter in the history of the NBA, but in this game, he’s a man on a mission. A man possessed by the three-point Gods. And nobody can stop this guy. He did his famous “turn-around after shooting a three” move, not just once, but twice in this game.

Furthermore, Curry pledged to donate $1000 to the Cleveland Metro School District for every point he scores. He also plans to donate $3000 for every three he made and $10,000 if he wins the All-Star Game MVP, which he did.
All in all, that’s a whopping $108,000 donation just from Steph Curry!
Before the All-Star Break, Steph wasn’t his usual self. After breaking the famous 3-point record, he’s been on a shooting slump. Even so, the Dubs are still winning games and are still on the 2nd seed in the Western Conference.
But now, he’s shown everybody that he’s still the best shooter in the league. He even did it in Cleveland! The boos from the crowd ignited Steph, and “he took it personally” (pun intended)
