Even though Mitsuri Kanroji comes off as a very soft and adorable character in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba, she possesses immense strength. Her main objective to join the Demon Slayer Corps is to find an ideal husband.
On the other hand, Shinobu Kocho is known for her healing capabilities and for handling situations tactfully. She uses Wisteria flowers to kill demons and is also known for her soft nature.

Strongest female Hashira: Based on strength, intelligence, and breathing styles
1) Physical prowess
Mitsuri’s abnormal muscular constitution is one of the major reasons for her high level of physical strength. She is stronger than an average adult female. Her physical strength can even match up with Tomioka, Rengoku, and Shinagawa. When she was 13 months old, she had the strength to lift a 33lbs rock. In the Infinity Castle arc, it was also seen that Mitsuri could rip off Muzan’s tentacles with her bare hands, which made him worry immensely.
Shinobu Kocho, on the other hand, is not physically gifted, unlike Mitsuri. She has small arms, which makes her swing weak. However, she compensates for it with a powerful thrust as well as a stab, keeping her enemies at bay. A single thrust from her sword can cut a boulder in half.
2) Breathing styles
The breathing technique used by Misturi Kanroji in Demon Slayer is Love Breathing Style. It gains its energy from emotions, especially love. This breathing style combines mid- to long-term attacks depending on the user’s flexibility, agility, and speed. Mitsuri Kanroji is a perfect fit to use this breathing style as it enhances her strength and makes her invincible.
Shinobu Kocho uses the Insect Breathing Style. It is a tactical style that only highly intelligent individuals can pull off. Shinobu is more appropriate to use this particular style of breathing and with her impeccable knowledge about deadly poisons, it facilitates her to find out the weaknesses of the demons. This in return, allows her to use minimal effort for defeating her enemies.
3) Intelligence
Mitsuri Kanroji is a soft-spoken gentle woman who has immense physical prowess. although she isn’t as bright as Shinobu, but she is extremely compassionate and brave. She is very tactical and can analyze any adverse situation quickly. The Love Hashira is a well-seasoned warrior and it didn’t take her long to emerge as a Hashira.
On the other hand, Shinobu Kocho is an intelligent woman with impeccable knowledge of medicines and poisons. She takes an interest to learn about medicines and cures her other fellow demon slayers through her handmade anecdotes. She is tactful and knows to examine the weaknesses of the demon and attack them when they are vulnerable. During her fight with Douma, she carefully injected him with Wisteria flower poison and caused his death in no time.
