With EA’s Madden NFL 24 coming soon, the team is developing ways to get gamers excited for when it is expected to release in August 2023. Now that pre-orders for Madden 24 are open, EA has promised Madden NFL 23 players a Golden Ticket fantasy pack if they choose the Deluxe Loyalty Edition. However, players are now figuring out how to fix an error wherein they are not receiving the promised rewards for pre-ordering Madden NFL 24.
Pre-orders for Madden NFL 24 Deluxe Edition are now open
Madden NFL 24 will release on August 18, 2023. EA has just opened pre-orders, and similar to other upcoming games, they feature many in-game rewards and freebies for passionate and dedicated fans. The two editions you can pre-order now are the Standard and Deluxe versions. Of course, the Deluxe Edition will have more rewards than the Standard Edition.
Here are all the rewards you get if you pre-order Madden NFL 24’s Deluxe Edition:
- 3-Day Early Access (beginning on August 15, 2023)
- 4600 Madden Points
- You can use these Madden Points to progress through the game and unlock customization options easily.
- Limited-time AKA Player Item
- Your Madden Ultimate Team roster will receive an AKA Player Item.
- Dual Entitlement
- You can easily upgrade to the game’s PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S versions.
- Josh Allen Elite Player Item
- NFL Marble Bills Gear
- Choice of 2 Strategy Items (Offense or Defense)

How to purchase the Madden NFL 24 Deluxe Loyalty Edition
Aside from this, EA also gives loyalty offers to players who own the previous Madden NFL game. To do this, follow the simple steps below:

- Boot up your Madden NFL 23 game.
- Make sure your device is connected to the Internet.
- Navigate to the in-game menu and look for the pre-order option for Madden NFL 24 Deluxe Loyalty Edition.
- Upon purchasing, you will receive a 10% discount on the upcoming title and the rewards included in the Deluxe Edition.
- Other rewards include a 99 OVR Golden Ticket Player Fantasy Pack after pre-ordering Madden NFL 24. Take note that this item can only be used in Madden NFL 23.
Missing Golden Ticket Player Fantasy Pack after pre-ordering Madden NFL 24
Unfortunately, many Madden NFL 23 players report an error where they can’t find the Golden Ticket Player Fantasy Pack after successfully pre-ordering Madden NFL 24 Deluxe Loyalty Edition. Most of these players have taken to Twitter and the official subreddit of Madden Ultimate Team (MUT).
They have shared with other players how they still haven’t received the Golden Ticket Player Fantasy Pack even though they’ve pre-ordered the next Madden NFL game.
One Reddit user responded to a post about this error, stating that EA may have messed it up. They (jokingly) suggested that they would only get the promised reward once Madden NFL 24 releases in August.
Other similar posts have been made on the subreddit, with each sharing that they have yet to receive the Golden Ticket Player Fantasy Pack reward for pre-ordering Madden NFL 24.
How to fix this error
The good thing about this is both EA and Madden FNL have acknowledged the issue. On their Twitter account, they shared that they are investigating the problem and will keep the community posted on further updates. There is no fix for this error, as this is on EA’s side.
