Wildrift is a widely known MOBA. It is the mobile version of one of the greatest online battle arena games, League of Legends. Wildrift was initially released in 2020 and has constantly been getting updates, tournaments, and new characters. Most of these characters are already present in the PC version. Twitch
Twitch is an ADC character and is played in the farm or dragon lane. He is a late-game hyper carry and is quite weak early game. Another reason why he doesn’t do amazingly well in the early game is because of his short range compared to other meta ADCs. Let’s look at everything there is to know about Wildrift’s marksman, Twitch, including his abilities, builds, synergies, and counters in this hero guide.
Twitch Ability Breakdown
Passive Skill: Deadly Venom
- Twitch’s basic attacks infect and mark the target, dealing true damage each second.
- The mark can be stacked up to 5 times and on reaching full stacks, Twitch gains additional attack speed.
1st Ability: Ambush
- Twitch becomes Camouflaged for a short duration and gains movement speed during it. After coming out of camouflage, Twitch gains attack speed.
- When an anime marked with Twitch’s passive dies, this ability resets.
Tips: You should prefer initiating with this ability and making use of the extra attack speed bonus. Also, you can use this ability as an escape from a gank.
2nd Ability: Venom Cask
- Twitch throws a cask of venom that explodes in an area.
- Enemies hit by this ability get marked with Twitch’s passive and are slowed.
Tips: Use this ability after using your 1st ability to exploit the slower movement speed of your enemies and bonus attack speed from your 1st skill.
3rd Ability: Contaminate
- Using this ability will explode the passive stacks on an enemy, therefore make sure to use it when you have all 5 stacks.
- Enemies with maximum stacks will spread the damage to nearby targets and apply maximum stacks of Deadly Venom to them.
Tips: Using this skill wisely you can reset your 1st if you manage to secure a kill. Also, this is Twitch’s secondary damage output so make sure not to spam it.
Ultimate: Spray and Pray
- After using this ability, Twitch gains an enormous amount of attack range and bonus attack damage.
- This ability also has a piercing effect, which means everyone standing in a line will get hit by his attacks.
Tips: This ability makes Twitch a late-game monster, if used correctly you can dismantle the entire enemy team from a distance.

- Lethal Tempo
- Hunter – Vampirism
- Hunter – Titan
- Nimbus Cloak
Builds
Twitch’s abilities stack with attack speed and he does great damage late game by stacking heavy AD items. Hence his preferred build should be:
- Stormrazor
- Infinity Edge
- Runaan’s Hurricane
- Lord Dominik’s Regard
- Blade of the Ruined King
- Gluttonous Greaves – Stasis
Spells
Being an ADC, you are the priority target for the enemies. Therefore, it’s better to always carry Flash and Ghost for him. These can come in handy during tricky situations.

Strengths and Weakness
Strengths
- Twitch can easily sneak out to the enemy backline and delete them with the help of his A ability.
- Twitch can also stay on the backline and deal massive damage in the late game
Weaknesses
- Twitch is weak in the laning phase because of his short range and you will often find trouble farming up.
- Twitch scales late into the game and therefore you will have to be passive throughout the game.
