Kelly Clarkson has stunned everyone with her stunning look and incredible physique as the host of the Christmas in Rockefeller Center special, kicking off the holidays in New York City on Wednesday, November 29. The singer-songwriter displays her remarkable weight loss as she dons a fur-lined white coat, with her hair pulled up in a messy top knot, paired with a bold red lipstick.

“Nothing gets any bigger than this,” she said as she welcomed everyone to the “most spectacular party of the season.”
Clarkson has been a staple of the Big Apple since her eponymous daytime talk show moved to NYC from Los Angeles for its fifth season. It has been filming in one of the studios inside Rockefeller Center.

“I’m so excited to consider this city and Rockefeller Center my new home,” she said in a statement before the event via NBC. “And I can’t imagine a better way to kick off Christmas this year than to be a part of this beautiful New York tradition with the lighting of the tree.”
However, this isn’t the first time that Clarkson hosted the event. Her 2023 appearance marks the 20th anniversary of her first Christmas in Rockefeller Center performance. After first gracing the event in 2003, she has returned several times since, ringing the holiday season and performing Christmas songs for the public.
“The lighting of that magnificent tree at Rockefeller Center is one of the true joys of the holiday season, and to have Kelly both host and perform feels like we’re getting our Christmas presents early this year,” Jen Neal, Executive Vice President, Live Events and Specials, at NBCUniversal Media Group, said.

The 91st celebration sees the epic lighting of the 80-foot tall, 43-foot-wide Norway Spruce from Vestal, New York, adorned with over 50,000 multi-colored LED lights. It’s topped with a three-dimensional Swarovski star covered in 3 million crystals to make it more special.
The Christmas in Rockefeller Center special also features the performances of Chlore Bailey, Adam Blackstone, Cher, David Foster, Liz Gillie, Darlene Love, Seth MacFarlane, Barry Manilow, Katharine McPhee, Keke Palmer, Carly Pearce, Manuel Turizo, and more. The Radio City Rockettes also returns to Rockefeller Center for a special performance.
