The Love Wins All music video starring IU and BTS V quickly went trending among fans with their chemistry and great acting. The Chemistry Between IU and BTS V Is Something Else
Who would have thought that we would see IU and BTS V together in a frame? Even so, a lovely couple who showed that truly, love wins all. Before Taehyung started his military service, fans were surprised by the announcement of the starring of IU and BTS V in the female soloist’s pre-release track, Love Wins. It quickly garnered everyone’s anticipation for the music video, especially with the thought that two idol actors would be joining together for this project.
Unfortunately, the first title did not sit quite well with some fans. Others complained about an alleged queerbaiting of the title, which urged IU and her team to tweak the title. They gave a statement that from Love Wins, the title changed to Love Wins All.

Going back to the music video, IU and BTS V’s chemistry was something else. It was natural, and fans felt and loved how the two portrayed lovers in two worlds. In the music video, IU was seen using sign language while V’s eyes were different in color. Love Wins All simply expresses pure love between two people despite their differences, yet the painful reality of this world. IU was deaf, V could only see with one eye, and it seemed like the world (its people, perhaps) would always have its way of hurting them.

Interestingly, the camcorder IU and BTS V used showed themselves in a ‘perfect world,’ with no pain, where they could hear and see well. The two stars gracefully showed the perfect and the flawed, but you know that in whatever world they see themselves, their love always wins them all.

What can we say about IU? What an artist she definitely is. She shared that Love Wins All is dedicated to her loved ones, especially her fans. The soloist wished to always be by her loved ones’ sides through the ups and downs of life, telling them not to be afraid. V represents fans and her loved ones, and in the scene where IU covers V’s eye to shield him from seeing the discrimination, we may have had our eyes teary.
