Hogwarts Legacy is full of enticing items and amazing things left for all curious wizards and witches to discover. One of which is Hogwarts Legacy’s Hogsmeade collection chest which hides some of the best cosmetic items in Hogsmeade. Here are all of the 5 Hogsmeade collection chests and where to find them:
1. Collection Chest in The Three Broomsticks
The first collection chest can be found in one of the most popular pubs in Hogsmeade, The Three Broomsticks.
It’s quite an easy task. Go inside the tavern and go up the stairs until you find a locked door (level 1). Of course, to unlock the door, you need to cast the spell “Alohomora”. Once there, you will find a Demiguise Moon and a blank chest. To find the real collection chest, cast “Revelio” to reveal the hidden chest.
2. Collection Chest in Spire Alley
The second one can be found in a nearby location from your first collection chest. This item is situated in a locked house (level 3) just a few steps from The Three Broomsticks.
Start your journey from the south side of Hogsmeade (Floo Flame). Then, quickly traverse toward to Northeast of the map until you find a locked house on your right side. Once there, a chest is just sitting right in front of you, on the table. Keep going upstairs again and you will find the second chest containing a Desert Nomad Scarf.

3. Collection Chest in South Hogsmeade
Now, this chest is just right behind South Hogsmeade’s very own Floo Flame portal.
You will need a level three Alohomora to unlock the building containing the third chest. After opening it, you will find it just behind the door. The second one is upstairs, in the bedroom, waiting for it to be opened.
4. Collection Chest in North Hogsmeade
Far from the center, the fourth chest is somewhere on the northern part of Hogsmeade.
The trick is to begin traveling from the North Hogsmeade Floo Flames and head northeast until you reach a small house at the top of the road. It’s a small house so you will find the collection chest easily.
Tip: It’s near the bed and the other one is at the end of the main room.

5. Collection Chest in Ashwinder Hideout
The fifth and final chest can only be found if you are able to get the side quest called “A Basis For Blackmail Relationship Quest” with Natsai Onai.
The chest you need to find is located in Ashwinder Hideout, a place just behind the infamous Hog’s Inn. The moment you have entered this secret place, go directly downstairs and find the chest behind the bar counter. It’s quite tricky since the chest is between the stacks of wine barrels. If you haven’t seen it yet, try casting “Accio” to easily summon the chest.
