Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom – Paraglider | How to get
- Complete the “To the Kingdom of Hyrule” quest line (ASAP) to get the paraglider. This must-have item will help you in your future exploration and will make your journey a whole lot easier.
- Start by climbing out of the lake below The Temple of Time and following the yellow marker to Lookout Landing. Make sure to talk to the NPCs and buy the necessary items and equipment. Afterward, you’ll eventually meet Purah, the head of Lookout Landing, who will set you on the path to unlocking the paraglider.
Complete “To the Kingdom of Hyrule” Questline
- To start the “To the Kingdom of Hyrule” questline, speak to Purah (simply follow the quest marker on your screen). You will then be directed to go to the outskirts of Hyrule Castle, where you’ll meet Captain Hoz. Here, you will witness some strange events.
- After reporting back to Purah, she will invite you to explore Lookout Landing while she prepares for the next phase of the quest. Take this time to get to know the townsfolk and explore the Emergency Shelter.
Activate Skyview Towers
When you’re ready to continue the questline, head to the Skyview Tower on the northwest side of Lookout Landing. Here, Purah will teach you how to use the towers scattered throughout Hyrule to reveal new regions on your map.
Unlock the Paraglider
Purah will eventually give you the paraglider (one of the most useful items in the game) during the conversation. This item allows you to jump and glide from any height and cross different obstacles with ease, making exploration much more manageable.
