NOTE: The Royal Revenant is highly vulnerable to the Heal spell, even though it has no offensive attributes.
The fight against this boss might be hard. The Royal Revenant is a toughie for some players as it runs rapidly (all thanks to its extra legs) :p and has chained dangerous attacks.
It can also spit poison and ‘teleport’ to other spots of the boss chamber, surprising you with poison spit or combo attacks.

As a result, you need to ensure that you can move swiftly and that you are equipped with light weaponry (not that its necessary but it’s way easier to maneuver and attack). Or use a shield x ‘barricade shield’ combo depending on your preference/class. When dealing with the Royal Revenant, quick assaults might be quite beneficial. You can summon spirit ashes as well to make this fight less of a hassle.
HEAL!
This boss encounter with the Royal Revenant should not be too difficult for players. One more thing, you can attack the Revenant while it’s casting its Teleport skill. Oh, and did I mention the Heal Spell? Give it a go.
Heal Spell will break Revenant’s stance and you can follow through with attacks or cast another heal spell. Again, it’s entirely up to you. Wearing equipment with +Faith stat will of course give an additional boost to your heal spell.
