Lightfall is the latest expansion for the free-to-play RPG, Destiny 2, and arrives with new content. These contents include new a subclass, a world, and of course another seasonal Artifact.
A seasonal artifact allows the players to unlock Mods that they can equip to customize their character builds. Without further ado, here’s how you can unlock Ascendant Scepter, the newest Seasonal Artifact in the new expansion.
How to unlock Ascendant Scepter in Destiny 2 Lightfall?
Unlocking the Ascendant Scepter is simple and achieved easily. All you have to do this play the first mission (First Contact) in Destiny 2 Lightfall and finish it to receive it. Completing this wouldn’t take long and merely finishes under 30 minutes. However, this pace to finish the mission can vary from person to person.
After the mission is completed, players have to enter the new hub zone on planet Neptune, which will spawn you on Strider’s Gate. Upon reaching there talk to Nimbus to receive your very own Ascendant Scepter. Each Destiny 2 seasonal artifacts arrive with different perks and those are explained below:

To access the Ascendant Scepter, you have to head into the character menu by pressing ‘I’ on your keyboard. On the bottom left corner of the interface, you will find an option saying Artifact, on which you have to click to use it.
Leveling up the Ascendant Scepter also helps with reaching the Pinnacle Gear cap (Power level 1810). So it is important for those players to progress the seasonal artifact in Destiny 2 Lightfall.
