Snoop Dogg recently said something quite intriguing. Many of us recognize him as the guy who smoked a laughing cigar the size of a forearm at an Electronic Arts venue in Battlefield, and many will know him for his music and the impact his track has had on Grand Theft Auto.
Snoop Dogg might have disclosed a piece of information in a recent Rolling Stone exclusive that might have acknowledged that GTA 6 is very much in production.

“I do know he’s making great f*ing music. And some of his music is connected to the GTA game that’s coming out. So I think that that will be the way that his music will be released, through the GTA video game.”
– Snoop Dog via SiriusXM’s Volume
The intuitive conclusion is that Snoop Dogg is pertaining to the GTA Trilogy. But why not call it by its name if it has already been widely publicized and is about to be released? Is the rapper completely unaware of the reimagined trilogy’s existence? Or was he referring to a GTA 6?
While most likely that this would be for The Trilogy, we cannot completely rule out Grand Theft Auto 6. There are increasing speculations that Rockstar is already working on GTA 6.

In the tweet, he claimed that he is playing the character called Captain McClane, who is probably the protagonist of GTA VI. He also reveals that this McClane character is a police chief. Ring any bells? It does to anyone who has ever seen a Die-Hard movie that features the cop John McClane (Bruce Willis) as the protagonist.

- Grand Theft Auto VI speculations emerge with a fair amount of frequency, albeit with often conflicting info. The latter, on the other hand, comes from Rockstar’s own job opening page, rather than any insider or discussion board linked to the leaks.
