Google search, services and products not working

Google is one of the most famous search engines that people preferably use. It can be highly infuriating if one cannot access these services. Many customers are experiencing issues with Google Search and other Google products, and the developers have not yet released a remark on the subject as to why these services are not working. All of these services apparently cannot be accessed by users. Let’s look into a possible way to fix Google Search.

Google Search and other Apps not loading

Google Search and a few other Google products such as YouTube, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets, are not working for users. This is infuriating as Google is an important part of everyone’s professional life and not being able to access the services can be annoying. There is currently no fix for this issue.

What we can do is wait for a potential update once the Google developers take care of it. It’s also crucial to remember that the problem is not just with your device. Surely, they’ve been notified of problems with their servers in the affected countries.

Affected Countries

At the time of writing, it seems like South East Asian countries are the only ones affected by this issue. Most of the users complaining about this issue are from the Philippine region, while there are a few from other countries in SEA as well. Although, according to a tweet surfacing online, Google services such as Google Suite, search, YouTube, and Gmail are having connectivity problems for Philippine users who have PLDT as their internet service provider.

How to fix Google Search or other Google Products

At the time of writing no official statement by Google has been issued as to why this glitch is happening. Although, if you are on your Desktop or mobile and using Chrome, you can try these steps below:

  1. Make sure you have a proper connection.
  2. Your Google Chrome or other Google Applications are up to date. If not, update them and try using them again.
  3. Clear the cache and try to use the engine or application again.
  4. Try using Google Search on your browser.

Use mobile data as an alternative

You can also use your mobile data to access the Internet if the steps mentioned above do not work. This is because users running into this trouble have something in common: they have the same internet service provider.

If this doesn’t solve your problem with Google products and search engines, try using other search engines like Yahoo!, Bing, or Brave.

Users express dilemmas and frustrations over Google services not working

Social media has been a popular outlet for people to vent their irritation and disappointment over the malfunctioning Google Products and search engine. Unsurprisingly, many users are annoyed as they have important meetings to attend on Google Meet and print important documents.

  • On the other hand, some are still confused if it is their connection or just them that are facing this issue.
