Genshin Impact: Ningguang Orchid Evening Gown, What We Know So Far

According to the most recent Genshin Impact 2.4 leaks, players who progress far enough in the Lantern Rite event will receive Ningguang’s skin for free.

In the current state of Genshin Impact, skins are rare. Jean and Barbara’s beach-themed clothes were all that was available until Keqing and Ningguang obtained their skins. As a result, several fans speculated that the new skins would be obtained in the same way as Jean and Barbara’s skins were obtained.

If it’s the same skin as Jean’s, it’ll cost 1350 Genesis Crystals at first, then 1680 after the event. The leak does not specify which event or how much the player must do to obtain Ningguang’s skin for free.

More information on what’s new in Genshin Impact 2.4’s Lantern Rite event can be found in the tweet above. Ningguang’s skin (Orchid’s Evening Gown) will be free, but Keqing’s (Opulent Splendor) will cost Genesis Crystals. It does not, however, give the actual number of Genesis Crystals.

Travelers can also expect to receive a free 4-star character from Liyue as part of this event. In Genshin Impact 2.4, they’ll require 1000 Firework Coins and 1000 Hydra Boss Coins to do so.

• “NingguangCostumeFloral” was the original filename for this skin.
• This indicates that the name has changed to:
  • “NingguangCostumeFloral” -> “Orchid’s Evening
• The change in Ningguang’s outfit’s name makes sense, given the transition from Floral to Orchid isn’t significant.
• Players who want to receive Ningguang’s free skin and Liyue’s free 4-star character will need to attend these events. The three-headed Hydra boss domain is expected to reward players with 1000 Hydra Boss Coins.
