Raiden Shogun is one of the most awaited characters in Genshin Impact 2.0! She has been the focus of countless leaks and speculations in the last week. As shown in a recent leak, miHoYo unintentionally spilled Shogun’s official kit.
The Leaks
- In an official post on Discord, miHoYo updated their character information. That included the official kit details for Raiden Shogun. As expected, the information was taken down a few days later and fans believe that they revealed it accidentally.
- Based on those details, Raiden Shogun or Baal is going to be an electro character who uses an Electro vision. Her weapon of choice was listed as a sword.
- It was quite evident that she is going to be a five-star character. Her rarity and Constellation weren’t listed. However, it was stated that her affiliation would be towards The Seven. Obviously, she would be from the region of Inazuma.
- Also, it was earlier leaked that Baal might arrive in Update 2.1, but according to a recent leak, she won’t become a playable character in the upcoming update. But she will appear in Genshin Impact 2.0 as a non-playable character (NPC) and hence it’s possible that her detail leaks are accidental.
Can We Believe Them?
There is two train of thoughts based on this rumor – either it was a genuine mistake on the part of miHoYo and the character details were wrong, or these details are right and were posted accidentally. Since most of the information from this leak matches the previous rumors, it can be true!
The official character banner for Shogun is yet to be released but if these leaks are to be believed, we know that she is an electro character, and she would be wielding a sword. Fans can expect more rumors and leaks about her in the coming week and her official kit details can be expected by the end of the month.
