Kaeya is best used as a DPS or Support character, and weapons and artifacts that deal more damage after an elemental strike are your best friends!
It’s actually not recommended to put too much stock in the early characters, as you might end up changing Kaeya with Chongyun or Qiqi as your group’s Cryo member.
