Despite the fact that Genshin Impact has just carried out its Leaker Hunt Decree on Ubatcha, leak accounts are still as active as ever. Learning from Ubatcha’s mistakes, leakers are being careful with the information they share. What this means is they’re focusing again on leaking information about upcoming banners instead of leaking important story details. Now that we have welcomed 2023, it’s time to see all the rumored re-runs and latest leaks for Genshin Impact players to enjoy in the coming months. Stay with us!
Latest leaks and re-runs in Genshin Impact this 2023
A new year in Genshin Impact means more content for fans to look forward to. Aside from new events, there will be a high chance for re-runs of our favorite Genshin Impact characters this 2023. A lot of Travelers have been asking for a Hu Tao re-run and according to leaks, this will be happening soon.

The rumored re-runs will also be a great way for new players in Genshin Impact to catch up with Travelers that have been playing way ahead of them. By pulling on the character re-runs, you can get useful characters that have the ability to boost your team’s overall performance. Whether it’s for exploration or combat, we’re excited for the re-runs as most of the rumored banners feature characters that will be vital to your team comps.
Patch 3.4 leaks and re-runs
At the moment, we are in Phase II of Genshin Impact 3.3. The current version features re-runs for two iconic characters from the region of Inazuma: Raiden Shogun and Kamisato Ayato. Genshin Impact 3.3 Phase II will last until January 18. After that, a new set of character banners will replace the current Wishes.

3.4 Second Half – Hu Tao + Yelan pic.twitter.com/bbzn4SmYYH
- According to reliable leakers such as SYP (@SaveYourPrimos on Twitter), Genshin Impact 3.4 will feature two new characters from Sumeru. The newest five-star character joining Genshin Impact’s roster will be Alhaitham. Joining him in the first half will be Xiao’s re-run. As for the four-star characters accompanying them, leaks say that Yaoyao, another new character, will be available through both banners.

- In the second half of Genshin Impact 3.4, Hu Tao and Yelan are getting their re-runs. This will put most Travelers in a pickle as a lot of players have been asking for a Hu Tao re-run for so long. However, putting her banner right after Alhaitham will force players to either choose who to pull or grind for Primogems before both phases end.
Leaks and possible re-runs for Patch 3.5 onwards
Genshin Impact has been through a lot of ups and downs in the previous months. When the pandemic hit, it forced them to adjust the schedules for each phase. However, things are starting to look up for the devs as we may be back on the six-week duration for each version.

Leakers who remain active until now speculate the following to take place in each version. Do keep in mind that these only indicate new characters and not any re-runs as those are difficult to predict as of now. Some factors leakers consider are the limited-time events for each version. These sometimes feature old characters that will have their re-runs.
Genshin Impact 3.5
- Dehya will be the latest five-star to join the growing roster in Genshin Impact. She has already been featured in numerous quests which take place in the region of Sumeru. She will be a Pyro character who uses a Claymore as her weapon.
- Another new character arriving in version 3.5 is Mika. He was first seen during the limited-time event in Mondstadt when we celebrated Weinlesefest. His character will use a Polearm for a weapon and based on the Vision on him, Mika will be a four-star Cryo character in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact 3.6
Character banners and possible re-runs for Genshin Impact 3.6 are scarce. However, a lot of leakers are confident in releasing information about Baizhu finally becoming playable at this point in the game.

- Baizhu is introduced to the game when Travelers come across him in Liyue during a story quest. He is the owner of Bubu Pharmacy and has taken under his care Qiqi, another five-star character notorious for making Travelers lose their 50-50.
- Baizhu will be a five-star Dendro character. According to speculations, he will be a Catalyst wielder. There are also theories of Baizhu and one of the Fatui Harbingers being twins, so it will be interesting to see what role he will play in the game’s story once he appears again.
Unfortunately, there are no credible leaks yet for versions beyond Genshin Impact 3.6. After what happened with Ubatcha, it’s likely most leakers are keeping it lowkey in order to avoid any subpoenas or lawsuits coming their way.
