The Bear Season 3 Confirmed by FX
FX, in collaboration with Hulu, has officially renewed The Bear for its third season and fans cannot contain their excitement on social media. Created by Christopher Storer, who also directed many episodes in both seasons, the show became a cultural phenomenon.
The delay in the Season 3 renewal announcement for The Bear is mostly a result of the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes in Hollywood. The entertainment industry came to halt in the recent months and many films and TV shows were affected including The Bear.

Both seasons earned a multitude of Emmy nominations including Outstanding Comedy Series, Lead Comedy Actor as well as Comedy Writing and Directing categories. Nick Grad, President of FX Entertainment, had great praise for the creative team and the brilliant cast.
The show follows the life of Carmen Berzatto who returns to Chicago after quitting the world of fine dining to resurrect his local family sandwich shop. The Bear features an exciting array of soundtracks, showy editing and character arcs which have made it a huge hit.
Possible Third Season Plot Details
Season 2 of The Bear had an open-ended finale on the friends-and-family night of the titular newly opened restaurant. While the night went well despite many obstacles, Carmy gets locked up in the walk-in fridge and mistakenly breaks up with his girlfriend.

Specific plot details for Season 3 of The Bear have not yet been revealed by FX but it is most likely to focus on Carmy and Sydney running the restaurant together while also dealing with their personal issues.
Furthermore, Richie may have gotten a spectacular redemption arc in the second season but it will be interesting to see how he works past his differences with his cousin Carmy. Natalie’s baby is also still on the way and the new season will explore that too.
Returning Cast of The Bear Season 3
In the press release for Season 3, FX’s President singled out Jeremy Allen White (Carmy), Ayo Edebiri (Sydney) and Ebon Moss-Bachrach (Richie) which confirms their presence.
Other key cast members like Molly Gordon (Claire), Abby Elliott (Sugar), L-Boy (Marcus), Liza Colón-Zayas (Tina), Edwin Lee Gibson (Ebra), Oliver Platt (Jimmy) and Matty Matheson (Neil) will also make a comeback.
Fans also expect recurring cameos from high-profile guest stars like Jon Bernthal, Bob Odenkirk, Jamie Lee Curtis and Will Poulter.
