Players need a code to get the Spider-Man skin in Fortnite
To be one of the first players to get their hands on the Spider-Man Zero skin in Fortnite, you have to buy the first issue of the Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War comics. After buying the comic book, there should be a redemption code inside. On the other hand, you can just wait for the skin to be available through the Item Shop.

Here are the detailed steps to get the Spider-Man Zero Outfit in Fortnite.
UPDATE (June 9, 2022): Epic Games clarified that digital copies of the comics would not contain any codes. For Marvel Unlimited subscribers, you need to read all five issues to receive an email with a code to unlock all cosmetics. The code will be available starting September 28, 2022. Furthermore, subscribers can only redeem it until October 28, 2022. If you bought Issue #1 through Marvel Comics, contact Marvel Customer Support to get the bonus cosmetics. Refer to the FAQ here for more information.
- Buy a physical copy of Fortnite x Marvel: Zero Point. Check with your nearest comic book store to see if they have this.
- After buying the comic book, look for the Spider-Man Zero Outfit redemption code inside.
- Then, head over to Fortnite’s redemption site here.
- Log into your Fortnite account.
- Type in your redemption code and press REDEEM.
- After doing all the steps above, open up Fortnite and check your locker for the new Spider-Man skin.

There will be other cosmetics available in future issues of Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War
If you’re a big fan of both Marvel and Fortnite, then keep your eyes peeled for future issues of the comic book series. According to Epic Games, there will be more cosmetics arriving with future issues of the comics. Moreover, these cosmetics are a Wolverine-inspired Pickaxe, Iron Man-inspired Wrap, Loading Screen, and a Spray.
On the other hand, Epic Games also confirmed that the Spider-Man skin will be available for purchase through the game’s Item Shop but at a later date. So don’t worry if you’re not able to get your hands on this new skin yet.
The second issue will include a redemption code for the Iron Man Wrap and it comes out on July 13. The Wolverine Pickaxe code will be available along with the third issue while the fourth and fifth issues will include the Loading Screen and Spray.
After Fortnite teamed up with DC characters for Batman/Fortnite: Foundation, this is the next big comic book collaboration for the hit battle royale. Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War brings the Fortnite universe and Marvel universe together to save the Zero Point.

The code you receive will let you redeem all cosmetics and an additional Outfit from Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War. On the other hand, you can also wait until these cosmetics arrive in the Item Shop to purchase them directly with V-Bucks.

The said email will contain a code that lets you redeem all six cosmetics as well as an additional Outfit. But the FAQ also indicated that these cosmetics (aside from the Spray and Loading Screen) will be available for individual purchase through the Item Shop in Fortnite.

I bought the comic on the marvel comics app and it says to see issue for details about the code for the spiderman zero skin, but I looked in the comic and can’t find the code, can anybody help me?
The Marvel App code was an ‘error’ as they put it in a tweet. They lied for months about it, and then pulled the rug day of release.

As for those who are paid members of Marvel Unlimited, an email will be sent out in the future containing a code instantly unlocking the six cosmetics and an additional Outfit, too. Sorry for the confusion!
