Fallout 76 Sets In The Year 2102; Trailer Reveals

Fallout 76

Bethesda dropped a “Please Stand By” gif yesterday that made us curious about a new Fallout game. Just a few minutes ago, Bethesda dropped the reveal trailer for the new Fallout game – Fallout 76.

The trailer is 1:34 long and doesn’t expose any real gameplay, story or character details. However, the trailer does reveal a date, and the year the game sets in.

The pipboy at 0:29 clearly reveals the date – 27 Oct 2102, and 0634, which, I think is the pipboy’s number.

Also at 0:48, we see a poster hung to the wall of the vault that says, 1776-2076, a 300-year time period, and “Vault 76 – The official vault of the Tricentennial”.

The following information clearly reveals the game sets in October 2102. This seems like spin-off game as it takes place before the events of Fallout 4. Bethesda has also brought back the traditional old-styled pipboy.

Additionally, the trailer uses a song from the 70s as well as a colour TV. I’ll be updating if there’s anything more.
