Destiny 2 Solstice of Heroes Elemental Empowerment Guide
You can obtain the Elemental Empowerment status charge by collecting Elemental Orbs. These are available when you defeat enemies. You get a 30-second elemental buff for these. You need to collect 30 orbs to get an elemental buff. There are three types of Empowerment –
- Arc Empowerment
- Void Empowerment
- Solar Empowerment
Arc Empowerment
With Arc Empowerment, you can move faster and your melee and sword damage increases.
Void Empowerment
If you collect 30 Void Orbs, you can become invisible while crouching. You also gain TrueSight with better ability regeneration.
Solar Empowerment
If you have the Solar buff, you can fire a huge burning wave of energy.
Destiny 2 Solstice of Heroes Captured Arc Energy
Currently, there’s not much information about this item. It’s a classified item. A page says, Captured Arc Energy ‘was marked as a dummy item in the API files.’ To capture Arc Energy, however, you’ll have to make Arc kills. How do you get Arc Kills?
You’ll have to kill enemies with your arc subclass or any weapons that are arc. Arc is blue. So, the Striker subclass, or any guns with a blue symbol next to their damage in the 2nd and 3rd weapon slot can help you capture arc energy.
Similarly, Orange is Solar, and Purple is Void.
According to Bungie, the developers –
- Equip your Arc subclass and weapons to generate Arc orbs. Then, collect them to wield their Arc elemental power. While empowered, Guardians move with enhanced speed and deal greater melee and Sword damage.
- Equip your Solar subclass and weapons to generate Solar orbs. Then, collect them to wield their Solar elemental power. While empowered, Guardians emit a burning wave of energy that damages anything around them.
- Equip your Void subclass and weapons to generate Void orbs. Then, collect them to wield their Void elemental power. Crouch while empowered to become invisible and gain Truesight plus enhanced ability regeneration.
