Call of Duty is one of the most successful action shooter franchises which has won millions of hearts across all platforms. Call of Duty Warzone is the current most successful game of the franchise and has a solid fan base. It has been a year and a half since its release and the game is currently in its 5th Season. But we have some great news for the fans as Call of Duty Warzone Season 6 is about to release real soon.

Activision took to Instagram and Twitter to reveal the new season for Call of Duty Warzone and Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War. They released an intro cinematic for the same boasting some big changes including a significant mam change.
To remind the readers, this is the final season for the Black Ops Cold War cycle. The story which extends over a span of 6 seasons, including this one, will end here. This will make way for Call of Duty: Vanguard which is supposed to release on November 5 this year.
In the first few seconds of the trailer, Stitch managed to defuse a detonator, but a series of different explosions still followed. This affectively will render Verdansk partially or fully destroyed. Now let’s talk about what can be expected of this new season and what all is supposed to come out.
Fall of Verdansk
It has been a long journey for the players on the current map and some might have grown very fond of it. But the fact is that change is the only constant and so this season will see the destruction of Verdansk. One can already see a hell of lot of explosions causing destruction of the stadium and many other buildings. There have been countless amazing battles and rivalries on this map, but it seems like it is time to say goodbye. A new region of the Pacific will open soon in Call of Duty: Vanguard, which players have anticipated for a long time.
Adler Is Back
In the teaser, Adler could be seen with Mason, who’ll help him get rid of Perseus’ brainwashing. Adler manages to get back to his former self with the help of a machine that is seen pumping some green liquid. It will mark the final showdown between the two iconic characters, Adler and Stich.
“ATTENTION OPERATORS! Adler is back. Let’s finish what we’ve started. The final showdown between Adler and Stitch is coming in Season Six of #BlackOpsColdWar and #Warzone,” tweeted Call of Duty.
Also like any other season, it would be bringing some new weapons, items, customizations, skins, and all you expect from such an update. Call of Duty Season 6: Black Ops Cold War | Warzone will arrive on October 7, which will be followed by the release of Call of Duty Vanguard on November 5. It is indeed a great time to be a Call of Duty fan!
