The Boruto Anime is to go on a hiatus starting Episode 193. As stated by a renowned leaker.
There are several possible reasons for the Boruto series going on hiatus. The manga has currently published 78 chapters and is ongoing, but it is serialized only once a month in Weekly Shonen Jump. Meanwhile, the anime has already adapted up to chapter 63 of the Boruto manga. Therefore, it’s possible that the anime is taking a break due to resource constraints.
What happened in the prior episodes of Boruto Naruto Next Generations?

- Boruto and Kawaki were both irritated by the presence of sensor-type shinobi tasked with monitoring them and their enemies. During a conversation between Shikamaru and Amado, the former reassured the latter that things were proceeding as planned.
- Meanwhile, Kawaki hatched a scheme to deceive his family and others using a combination of the Chakra erasing Jutsu and Shadow Clone technique to flee the village. By the time Boruto realized what was happening, Kawaki had already slipped away.
Code began tracking Kawaki using his Claw Marks, with Eida providing guidance. Upon learning of the situation, Naruto informed Shikamaru, prompting the release of the Sensory Team to search for Kawaki. Boruto also departed in search of Kawaki, using his sensing abilities.
Eventually, Code and Kawaki engaged in a brawl, during which Code revealed his desire to become an Otsutsuki god. Despite Kawaki’s willingness to sacrifice himself for the safety of the Leaf Village, Boruto arrived just in time and rebuked Kawaki for his reckless actions.
