The app shows the following error – Unable to proceed with your transaction, please try again. This pits users to being unable to log into the BDO App. And thus rendering the whole banking process due in hell.

For the ones who were logged in, it seems suddenly they were unable to send or receive money.

Some users have been complaining about BDO’s inconsistency on Twitter. And this extends to things beyond just online support. One user claimed that the BDO staff were otherwise unhelpful and unwilling to be of assistance when required.

One of the potential fixes could be your internet connection. Although given how multiple users seem to be experiencing trouble logging in to Phillipines, it seems it’s not your issue alone.
- One of the possible causes is some sort of interference or obstacle in BDO Bank’s main server framework. But to maximize your chances and to prevent any complications, please verify if your internet connection is stable and fast since a sluggish or unstable connection could be the issue.
- Another way to resolve this issue if this is not a main server frame issue, then is to check your phone’s time setting.

It is difficult to say when the Bank will fix the login issue with the app. Given that the Bank’s primary mode of functioning is not online. As in, it is not a neobank. But nonetheless, its app module is a very functioning part of its structure. As such it should not take long for it to revive. With BDO App’s past history, we estimate that things should go up within 30 minutes to an hour. Although if it goes longer, then it might really be a hassle.
