As if 2023 wasn’t challenging enough the “Nostradamus of the Balkans” – Baba Vanga’s predictions for 2024 continue to show difficult times. For the unversed, Vangelia Pandeva Gushterova, was born in 1911 and has alleged prophetic qualities. She is often credited for predicting the biggest global events including Princess Diana’s death, the 9/11 attacks, and the Ukraine war.
As per the soothsayer, she received these abilities after losing her eyesight in a Tornado accident. Her abilities first gained recognition during World War 2 and prominent people like Tsar Boris III and Soviet leader Leonid Brezhnev reportedly consulted her.
The legend has since passed away in 1996 but not before leaving predictions until the year 5079. These predictions have been passed down from various hands and there is no practical way of authenticating them. Nevertheless, here’s what she predicts for 2024.
Baba Vanga 2024 Predictions
First and foremost, the readers should note that all the predictions are advised to be taken with a pinch of salt. Many of Baba Vanga’s 2023 predictions didn’t come to fruition such as a solar storm with deathly consequences and an attack of bioweapons. 1. Russian president’s assassination
Firstly, she has predicted that a fellow countryman of Russian president Vladimir Putin will attempt to assassinate him next year and he may be successful.
2. Bioweapon attacks
Another chilling prediction of Baba Vanga includes bioweapon. She has prophesied that Europe will face terrorist attacks and that a ‘big country’ (not mentioned in size or power) will conduct tests or wage a war using biological weapons.
3. Economic breakdown
The third prophecy is that economic stability will further deteriorate due to rising debt and geopolitical tensions.
4. Global climate
Following suit will be the climate of planet Earth, which is predicted to continue with terrifying weather conditions and natural calamities in 2024.

5. Cyberattacks
The soothsayer has also predicted a rise in cyber attacks. Powerful hackers might break down large infrastructure such as power plants and cause a national security threat.
6. Medical breakthrough
There isn’t only doom for 2024 as Baba Vanga has predicted some pleasant developments in the cure of major diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Cancer in 2024. That’s one of the predictions that we hope become true.
7. Technological advancements
Last but not least prediction of the late Belgium clairvoyant is major progress in quantum computing.

Apart from the above-mentioned, Baba Vanga has also predicted the resolution of the global hunger crisis in 2025 – 2028 (although hasn’t been mentioned if it will be implicated), the return of the communist regime in 2076, and a breakthrough in time travel by 2304.

- On the other hand, Nostradamus has predicted climate crisis and troubles in royal families. Meanwhile, Old Moore who famously predicted the submarine issue of 2023 in Almanac, has foretold, earthquakes, the assassination of former president Donald Trump, and the end of cash.
- Surprisingly, the two of the common themes in all the predictions are climate crisis and political crisis, which is also predictable by noting the current trends.
