There’s nothing that gets fans moving more than the hype of Attack on Titan Final Season Part 3. With the manga having ended years ago (yes it’s been a long), fans have awaited the final season to come out. In a tweet, the sound director may just have done some teasing. Find out what it’s about.
Why is the Attack on Titan Final Season so dragged out?
The world of Attack on Titan seems to have been dragged on for long enough. It’s not something that has happened before with the series. When the first studio – Wit Studios took over the project, the anime was released flawlessly without breaking it into cours.
But as WIT Studios lost the chance and Studio Mappa had to take over, things have been different. So far Attack on Titan Final Season has appeared for a total of 28 episodes. Both of these are divided into cours. One having released back in 2020-21, which was the first part.

Now fans have wondered for long just how many episodes this Attack on Titan Final Season will have.

Masafumi Mima (sound director) posted a certain tweet that has fans gagging. “Everything is in place and we must face it.” said the director, showing a photo of a certain booklet.
- Behind the booklet is a paper, a script containing a column. There’s some text on the surface that read S4-29 which definitely refers to Episode 29 of Attack on Titan Final Season. This then mentions the numbers til S4-35.
- Meaning that the Final Season Part 3 should at least contain episodes 29-35 a total of 7 episodes.

The picture reveals a sheet below a booklet on which only one column is visible. The data in the column says “S4-29,” continuing until “S4-35.” As it can be assumed that S4 represents season 4, fans believe that the numbers ranging from 29-35 represent the episode numbers.
But it helps to note that this booklet could also be a booklet containing the direction of the Sound Director for those episodes.
So far this does not confirm that there are only 7 episodes. It confirms that there are 7 episodes at minimum.

The first cour covered until the invasion of Marley into Paradis Island. With Reiner Braun taking the lead and emerging Eren Jeager head-on.
This was all while Pieck Finger tried to bring Jeager down earlier with her secret invasion. Assisted by Gabi (who wasn’t aware of the plan) and the Jaw Titan.
The second cour went deeper into the story. Having covered Eren’s meeting with his destined holocaust-causing brother. As the beast titan comes up with his idea of euthanasia for the masses of Eldians.
We see Eren Jeager meet the founding Titan – Ymir. We also see him rise all hell loose upon the world. Vowing to destroy it, all in an effort to save his friends.
Concluding
Attack on Titan Final Season has decided to come back again in order to finish the story that has yet to finish the Rumbling. With things set against Eren Jeager. Eldians and Marleyans alike, conspire in a team built of the elites to put a halt to Eren’s plan.
