The standard edition of Assassin’s Creed Shadows is currently the number one best-seller on Amazon Japan’s PS5 Best Sellers list. It is priced around $62.86 in Japan. In the US, it costs $69.99.
Sitting at number six, is the Collector’s Edition for $282.40 which costs $279.99 in the US.

At number eight is the Amazon Exclusive Gold Edition that goes for $98.88 in Japan compared to the $109.99 price tag in the United States. The limited bonus edition comes with the ‘Naoe Koryu Character Pack’.
The non-exclusive Gold Edition sits at #14 for the same price.
At #36 is the Assassin’s Creed Shadows Standard Edition with the same limited bonus character pack that goes for the same $62.86 price tag.
On Amazon US, the Assassin’s Creed Shadows Gold Edition is slowly climbing the list of best-selling PS5 games. At the time of writing this article, it sits at #6 with its $109.99 price tag. The Amazon Exclusive Limited Edition(which is the same Standard Edition with the character pack) sits at #8 for $69.99 with the same character pack bonus included.
In the UK, the Assassin’s Creed Shadows Limited Edition is the #1 best-seller at $82.51. The Gold Edition sits at #12 for $120.60.
Amazon Germany has the Collector’s Edition at #1 for $432.65, followed by the Limited Edition for $86.98. The Gold Edition sits at #5 for $119.60.
In Ubisoft’s home country France, Assassin’s Creed Shadows Limited Edition sits at #2 for $86.98 and the Gold Edition at #7 for $120.60.
As the data shows, the pre-order rate for Assassin’s Creed Shadows are positive. Mentioning the same, game journalist Tom Henderson tweeted on May 17, “Assassin’s Creed Shadows pre-orders are looking very strong. I don’t have the exact numbers yet, but no one in the know is disappointed with them.”
Assassin’s Creed Shadows will be released on November 15 for PC, macOS, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. If you purchase the Gold or Ultimate Edition, you can play the game starting three days early, i.e., November 12.
