Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, the latest addition to Ubisoft’s fan-favourite franchise has garnered decent reviews and is being loved by the fans of the series. The game is packed with innumerable easter eggs and references, one being a minor reference to Donald Trump’s well-known slogan – “Make America Great Again.”
Minor Spoiler Alert ahead
During the main quest “A Venomous Encounter”, you’ll be asked to save and investigate the assault of an Athenian politician. Later in the mission, you’ll confront the bandits responsible for planning a deadly attack on the politician.
The game will then allow you to choose between – killing the bandits or grant their freedom. If you choose to kill, the leader of the bandits will drop the reference by saying, “we’ll never surrender to the likes of you. We will make Athens great again.”

This reference is, however, fairly late in the game. So, you’ll have enough gameplay and world exploration before the scene kicks in. Fun Fact, the acronyms for both the slogans are same, i.e. MAGA.
Among other easter eggs and references, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is packed with Splinter Cell and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild references as well.
