Jailbreak: Find and Liberate Ali
Acquiring Khidmah Tokens
Your journey to liberate Ali begins with obtaining Khidmah tokens for favors. These tokens are your currency for enlisting assistance in infiltrating the Damascus Gate Prison. In this guide, we’ll use the Power Favor Token, provided by Beshi.
Hiring a Rebel
Locate a rebel near the prison area and engage them in conversation. Offer the Khidmah token to hire their services. The rebel will engage nearby guards, creating a distraction that allows you to infiltrate the prison.
Infiltrating the Prison
With the distraction underway, make your way inside the Damascus Gate Prison. You’ll encounter a guard facing the wall—decide whether to assassinate him or leave him undisturbed. Be aware that collecting nearby items may alert him.
Progressing Upstairs
Proceed upstairs and unbar the door. In the next room, you’ll find guards patrolling an area where prisoners are gathered. Blend in with the prisoners and enter the next room once the guard leaves.
Eliminating Guards
Ascend further upstairs and silently assassinate the two guards present. Descend on the other side, avoiding the guards facing in the opposite direction. In this area, you have the option to eliminate guards using the curtains. Execute them one by one, and then approach the imprisoned civilian, who will provide valuable information. Climb to the next room, where you’ll encounter more patrolling guards. Decide whether to assassinate or bypass them based on your strategy.
Unlocking the Basement
Descend downstairs and reach a barred door. Unbar it and proceed inside, assassinating the guard you encounter. Continue descending into the basement.
Confronting the Jailer
In the basement, you’ll overhear the jailer discussing plans to torture Ali. Approach the jailer and eliminate him to intervene. Watch the ensuing cutscene, where Ali will request your help in retrieving a specific book from the Damascus Prison.
Defending Ali and Escaping
Accompany Ali into the guards’ quarters (simply follow the orange indicator), where your presence will alert the guards.
You’ll need to defend the area until Ali escapes. Perform perfect parries on guards as needed and then make your escape from the building.
Moving Forward
After the escape, reset your notoriety to zero and continue with the next main quests, having successfully liberated Ali and progressed in Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
