The 29-year-old internet personality whose real name is Kaitlyn Siragusa has just purchased a $17 million orchard in Florida in an ambitious attempt to overtake Microsoft founder Bill Gates in terms of total land owned. The streamer has often gone beyond her reach on platforms like Twitch and diversified her business portfolio. Now, Amouranth has openly expressed her desire to surpass Bill Gates who owns around 275,000 acres of farmland. However, she has a long way to go given that she now owns 2,213 acres of land in Florida.

The Twitch streamer outlined her strategy on X (Twitter) that she would use a tax strategy called Schedule F Bonus Depreciation which would allow investors to depreciate a significant portion of the cost on eligible assets immediately instead of doing it over an extended period of time.
This shows that the webcam model has put a fair amount of thought into her ambitious idea. While the Microsoft founder’s land is mainly aimed at job creation and increased farm production, Amouranth wants to focus on stability and long-term value and thus maximize her investment.

The deal also includes an option for her to acquire an extra 928 acres for around $7 million.
