Angelina Jolie portrays Evelyn Salt, a hardworking CIA agent, who was accused of being a Russian spy. With her name on the line, Salt is now on the run, trying to clear all the accusations once and for all. However, as the movie progress, everything becomes clearer and clearer.
The film received mixed reviews from critics but was generally well-received by audiences. In totality, this is not Angelina Jolie’s most memorable movie, but she did a great job as an action star.
The Bourne Identity
A botched assassination led to a secret agent’s memory getting wiped. The Bourne Identity, starring Matt Damon, marked the beginning of an amazing franchise. The Bourne series was based on the novels of the same name by Robert Ludlum. And, with its great success, the franchise received four more movies.
