Diablo 4 is a brand-new RPG developed by Blizzard Entertainment which will be released on June 6, 2023. However, before players can experience the game, Blizzard recently released a beta version via Early Access.
It will be in two phases, Early Access and Open Beta. During this period players will be able to level up to 25 and get multiple rewards. However, one question comes to ever player’s mind – whether their progress will be saved.
If put straightforward, the answer is no, the progress will not be carried over to the final release. But, at the same time, it doesn’t mean all the grind will go in vain.
Diablo 4 beta progress will not be carried over to the final release, but rewards will
Currently, players who have pre-ordered Diablo 4 are enjoying the Early Access Beta. Soon after this, an open beta will also be launched for all from March 24 to March 27, 2023.
During this period, players will be able to explore and grind in the RPG world and unlock exclusive rewards. A total of three have been added to the game for Beta-stage gamers:
- Cosmetic: Beta Wolf Pack outfit with a little pet wolf to carry around on their journey after reaching level 20.
- Title 1: Initial Casualty title for any player who reaches Kyovashad in the beta.
- Title 2: Early Voyage title for any player who reaches level 20 during the beta participation.
All the abovementioned rewards will be carried over to the final release if players reach the mentioned criteria. However, the gears and other character progress won’t be, as Blizzard might add new things later on in the final release and might require gamers to have a fresh start.
